Do you provide forms, paperwork, etc?

YES! We provide an initial document package including:
-Purchase Contract
-Disclosures – property, radon & lead paint, if required
-Cover sheet & FAQs that walks you through completing the forms and who has to complete, sign, initial, & date each form

We then prepare and provide all the necessary documents for closing including the deed, 1099 reporting forms, etc.

Do we need to hire an attorney?

NO. We provide the same services as an attorney – plus more! 

We even attend closing with you or on your behalf and walk you through the process for one low flat fee. 

We can, however, work with an attorney of your choice for the deed prep or if any additional attorney services are required.


What is it and WHERE is it?
The abstract is a complete history of the property.

As part of the purchase contract, sellers are required to bring it up to date prior to closing. 

We will locate your abstract and have it delivered to Republic Abstract & Settlement for updating.
